Key Metrics

The G6-G40 commercial diaphragm gas meters are built with advanced multi-flow technology, ensuring highly accurate gas measurement across different commercial applications. They support a wide range of flow rates and operate efficiently under various environmental conditions. With a strong steel housing and compliance with international standards, these meters offer long-term reliability and safety in gas distribution.

Maximum flow rate ranges from 10 mu00b3/h (G6) to 65 mu00b3/h (G40).
Minimum flow rate varies from 0.06 mu00b3/h (G6) to 0.40 mu00b3/h (G40).
Cyclic volume ranges from 2 dmu00b3 (G6) to 22 dmu00b3 (G40).
Maximum working pressure of 50 kPa (G6-G16) and 30 kPa (G25-G40).
Accuracy class of 1.5 ensures precise readings.
Operating temperature range from -25u00b0C to +55u00b0C, with storage up to +60u00b0C.

Process / Working

The G6-G40 Commercial Diaphragm Gas Meters operate through a four-chamber system separated by synthetic diaphragms. As gas flows through the meter, the chambers are periodically filled and emptied. This movement is transferred via a gear system to the crankshaft, which controls the gas flow by adjusting the valves. The gear's rotations are then transmitted to the index through a magnetic or mechanical coupling, ensuring accurate gas measurement. The robust design prevents reverse gas flow and unauthorized access, making it a secure and efficient solution for commercial gas metering.
