Process / Working

The TBQM Turbine Gas Flow Meter operates on a velocity-based principle. As gas flows through, it accelerates a turbine wheel, which rotates proportionally to the flow rate. The rotation is transmitted to an external index reading unit via a magnetic coupling and decelerating transition mechanism. This mechanism ensures accurate pulse signal output (LF or HF) for precise measurement. The meter's robust design minimizes mechanical friction and fluid resistance, making it ideal for reliable gas metering in various environments.
