Key Metrics

The TYL Rotary Gas Flow Meter uses a rotary impeller mechanism, providing accurate gas measurement across a wide range of flow rates. It features a high-strength aluminum housing, a rotating counter (355°) for easy readability, and requires no straight pipe sections for installation. With synthetic or aluminum index head options, it is built for durability and precision in demanding environments.

Flow Rates 0.4 to 1600 mu00b3/h
Nominal Sizes DN25 to DN200
Temperature Range -25u00b0C to +55u00b0C
Pressure Rating PN16 and ANSI 150
Installation Horizontal and vertical mounting available

Process / Working

The TYL Rotary Gas Flow Meter operates using two rotating impellers inside a single housing with one inlet and one outlet. The impellers are synchronized by gears, ensuring smooth rotation without touching each other. As gas flows through, a defined volume is displaced and counted via a mechanical index with a reducing gear and magnetic coupling. This ensures precise gas measurement without the need for straight inlet/outlet pipes.
